Rhubarb Carnation

A symbol of devotion and gratitude, the carnation remains a faithful favourite to gift on any special occasion. Bearing a light and spicy fragrance with a multitude of flower heads which last up to three weeks, it no wonder the carnation is universally loved.

The Carnation is a medium length stem (measurement approximate).

Recut diagonally before placing in cool water. Always cut a carnation between the nodes (lumpy areas) as the carnation can't drink if it is cut on one of these nodes. 

All foliage should be above the waterline. Your flowers will respond best to temperatures between 10 and 15 degrees C. 

All flowers benefit from flower food and respond well to changing water regularly.
