What's included in your SUBSCRIPTION

Products will vary across regions due to seasonality, availability, and flower quality. The imagery shown is a representation of flowers that you might receive, based on seasonality. Bouquet sizes vary based on flower variety and subscription style. In our Prestige Subscription, you can expect ten stems when receiving hydrangeas, 30 stems of roses, and 50 stems of tulips.

For ongoing subscriptions, you will be billed every seven, 14 or 28 days depending on your chosen frequency. Following your billing date, you will receive flowers within four days (excluding bank holidays). You will also be able to upgrade, skip, pause, or cancel your order 48 hours before the billing date.

Your FLOWERBX delivery comes directly from the grower and is sourced to order, meaning they are the freshest flowers available.To enjoy your flowers for longer, follow these simple steps:

• Remove any foliage that would be below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water

• Re-cut the stems at a 45° angle to encourage maximum water absorption

• Place the stems in a clean vase with freshly-drawn, lukewarm water as soon as possible

• Ensure the flowers are positioned outof direct sunlight, away from drafts or heating and avoid extreme temperatures

• Change the water regularly to keep the flowers happy and healthy.

• Flowers arrive with naturally-occurring guard petals to protect them during transport. Please remove these outer petals upon receipt to enjoy the optimal beauty of your flowers.
