FLOWERBX LOYALTY - T&C's
FLOWERBX LOYALTY programme is available to all UK customers that are opted-in to marketing and have a customer account with us.
You can enroll to be part of the FLOWERBX LOYALTY by creating an account here for other availability and opting into marketing communications.
Once enrolled, each eligible order that is placed using the same email address will be automatically added to your order count and you will be eligible to receive select rewards based on your order count with FLOWERBX. Rewards may be distributed through the use of voucher codes.
For your order to qualify it must be placed using the same email address as the email associated with your FLOWERBX account.
Only purchases made on the FLOWERBX UK store are eligible to be included.
Registered members will receive an email when a loyalty reward has been earned.
Loyalty rewards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and have no cash equivalent. Voucher codes distributed as loyalty rewards have their own associated stipulations and expiration dates. Select vouchers can only be redeemed on orders of £50 or more (excluding shipping).
Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The loyalty rewards are subject to change at the discretion of FLOWERBX.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any benefits of the Programme or suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any FLOWERBX LOYALTY account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if the Member supplies false or misleading information to us, if we consider that the Member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.
The order count eligible for Loyalty rewards is associated with an individual’s account and email address. You may receive summaries to track the orders you have placed that are eligible. You can also determine loyalty rewards you are eligible for by contacting customer service.
FLOWERBX LOYALTY consist of the following benefits:
- Welcome reward valid on your first order of £50 or more (excluding shipping)
- The next reward will be awarded after your 2nd purchase as a voucher code which can be redeemed on your next order of £50 or more (excluding shipping). This code has its own stipulations and expiration date
- The next reward will be awarded after your 4th purchase, it can then be redeemed on your next order of £50 or more (excluding shipping). This code has its own stipulations and expiration date
- After your 10th order you will receive a reward for a complimentary bouquet of your choice - with a value of £45. This code has its own stipulations and expiration date
FLOWERBX LOYALTY was established June 15, 2023. FLOWERBX has no obligation to issue loyalty rewards in recognition of orders made before June 15, 2023.
