HOW IT WORKS

Every workshop is hosted by an experienced FLOWERBX florist and lasts approximately two hours, allowing guests to settle in, learn new techniques, and create their own festive design. 

Choose between Christmas wreath-making or a seasonal floral arrangement workshop, with every guest leaving with a beautiful finished piece to take home. We provide everything from flowers and foliage to tools, ribbons, aprons, and setup, so all your guests need to do is arrive and enjoy the experience.

How far in advance do I need to book a Christmas workshop?
We recommend booking Christmas workshops at least six weeks in advance, particularly for November and December dates. Popular dates and venues often fill quickly, so earlier enquiries are always advisable.

What's the minimum and maximum group size?
Our workshops accommodate between 8 to 40 guests, depending on venue and format. We can tailor the format depending on your venue, objectives, and event requirements.

Can the workshop be branded with our company colours or logo?
Yes. Workshops can be customised with brand colours, bespoke florals, branded packaging, printed materials, gift tags, signage, and other branded elements to create a fully integrated experience.

Do you provide all materials?
Yes. FLOWERBX supplies all flowers, foliage, tools, materials, ribbons, packaging, and workshop equipment. Guests do not need to bring anything with them.

What's the difference between a wreath-making and flower workshop?
A wreath-making workshop focuses on creating a luxury festive wreath using seasonal foliage and decorative elements. A floral workshop centres around designing a seasonal arrangement using fresh flowers and winter stems. Both are suitable for complete beginners.

Can you come to our office or do we need a venue?
We can do either. Many clients choose our Rosewood boutique, while others prefer us to host the workshop at their office, hotel, private venue, or event space. We bring everything required to deliver the experience.
