What is a flower subscription?
A flower subscription is a repeat delivery of fresh, seasonal FLOWERBX flowers, sent to your door on a schedule you choose. Your flowers are selected by our floral design team at their seasonal best, so every delivery is different, with none of the reordering. 
How much does a FLOWERBX subscription cost?
Subscriptions start from £45 a delivery for Signature, £60 for Seasonal, and £80 for Prestige, with complimentary delivery included. You’re only charged when each delivery is due, and you can pause or cancel at any time. 
How is a subscription different from ordering a one-off bouquet?
Your flowers are delivered automatically on your chosen frequency, so you never have to reorder. Subscribers also receive limited-edition stems not available to buy individually, with complimentary delivery on every order. 
How often are flowers delivered?
Choose from weekly, fortnightly, or every four weeks. You can change your frequency, skip a delivery, or pause at any time through your account. 
How do I manage my subscription?
You’ll create a FLOWERBX account when you subscribe, where you can manage your frequency, upcoming deliveries, pauses, upgrades, and payment details all in one place. 
What's included in my subscription?
Each delivery brings a fresh, florist-selected arrangement of seasonal flowers, sent on your chosen frequency with complimentary delivery. You can also add a vase or accessory to your first delivery. 
Can I choose the flowers in my subscription?
Our floral design team hand-selects each variety according to seasonality, quality, and availability, allowing us to send flowers when they’re at their very best. While you can’t choose individual stems, you can change your tier, frequency, or delivery details at any time through your account. 
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes. You can pause, skip, upgrade, or cancel at any time through My Account, with no cancellation fees. You’re only charged when a delivery is due. 
Which subscription is right for me?
Signature is a changing edit of seasonal favourites, while Prestige brings together rare, statement stems in larger, fuller arrangements. Seasonal follows one hero flower at its peak, changing throughout the year to follow the seasons. This includes Tulips from January to April, Peonies from May to June and Hydrangeas from July to December.
Do you offer subscriptions as a gift?
Yes. Gift subscriptions are prepaid for three, six, or twelve months, or choose a physical or digital subscription gift card and let them decide.
