Parrot Tulips

Our spring season just wouldn’t be the same without the emergence of tulips, a floral favourite which brings us so much joy every year. In the Eastern language of flowers, tulips were employed as the emblem by which a lover makes his passion known, yet today these flowers are a conveyor of many messages from friendship to motherhood. Adored for their variety of colours and long lifespan, here at FLOWERBX we celebrate three unique varieties; the classic Dutch tulip, paying homage to the colourful splendour of Holland’s Keukenhof gardens, the Double tulip, otherwise known as the ‘peony tulip’ for twice as much beauty and our Parrot Tulip with their ornamental wavy petals.
