TELEPHONE ORDERING


Telephone ordering is available via our Customer Service team in most cases. 

An email with a payment link will be sent. By clicking on the link, you can view and complete your order using your preferred payment method. The items you wish to purchase will only be secured for you after payment has been taken.

 

DECLINED PAYMENTS


If your payment has been declined:

  • Check that your details are correct, such as your 16-digit card number or 3 or 4-digit security code.
  • Make sure your card or payment method has not expired.
  • If your payment continues to be declined, contact your bank or payment provider.

 

For saved payment details:

  • Check your selected card has not expired.
  • Make sure the billing address matches that registered for your card or payment method.
  • Check the 3 or 4-digit security code is correct. For security we will ask for this whenever you make a purchase.
