The DETAILS

The Philodendron plant prefers a shady environment. Direct sunlight, draughts and fluctuating temperatures should be avoided. Originating from tropical climates, Philodendrons are used to having their roots in constantly damp soil. Therefore, it is advisable to ensure the soil is continually moist without overwatering.
Dusting the leaves every month will ensure they remain able to absorb as much light as possible.
Your plant will benefit from plant food every two to four weeks.
FLOWERBX tip: Ensure a drainage system is in place for your plant to prevent excess water from gathering in the base of the pot and rotting the roots.
