With the right care, your fresh wreath can look beautiful for up to one full Christmas season, while our dried wreaths are designed to last. To extend your wreath's life, follow our wreath maintenance and care tips, as approved by our floral design team.

Outdoor wreaths: 
Wreaths generally last longer in cool temperatures and are best protected from direct sunlight, wind, and heavy rain.

Indoor wreaths:
Wreaths in your home are exposed to heating and dry air, and need more attention. Be sure to mist regularly and avoid placing near radiators, AC vents or sunny windows.

For all fresh Christmas greenery, misting is key. Hydrate daily with a fine spray to keep pine, eucalyptus, and seasonal foliage looking vibrant. This simple step is essential to luxury wreath care and will help prolong the beauty of your wreath throughout the season.

Dried wreaths require minimal effort. Avoid moisture and gently dust to keep the materials clean and defined. Unlike fresh designs, they’re built to last, offering longevity season after season.

When should I order my wreath for Christmas Day?
For peak freshness on December 25th, we recommend scheduling delivery between December 10–15th. This is the best time to order a Christmas wreath for maximum longevity and impact. 

Can I pre-order a Christmas wreath?
Yes — our wreath pre-order service opens from late October. You’ll be able to select a future delivery date to ensure your wreath arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

What’s the best way to hang a wreath without damaging my door?
Use a ribbon, an adhesive hook, or an over-the-door hanger. Avoid securing nails or screws on wood and painted surfaces. 

How do I stop my wreath from shedding or drying out?
To keep your fresh wreath looking its best, handle with care and mist daily. Avoid touching delicate elements like berries or cones and display your wreath away from radiators, AC vents or direct sunlight.

Can I purchase a FLOWERBX Velvet Ribbon separately?
We don’t currently sell our velvet ribbons individually online, but our customer care team may be able to add one to an existing order. Please get in touch with us directly to enquire.

Our velvet bows are designed to bring some extra festive opulence to your wreath. After delivery, simply fluff and arrange by hand.

Can I reuse my wreath next year?
Fresh wreaths are designed to be enjoyed for one season, but proper care may allow you to store them.

How heavy are FLOWERBX wreaths?
Our wreaths come in two sizes: Premium (approx. 4-4.5 kg.) and Extraordinary (approx. 8 kg). Weights may vary slightly depending on specific styles
