That the 2% of Venture Capital money that goes to female founders increases, as quickly as possible.

Women who strive and succeed are often shy about their accomplishments. Confidence is an essential part of business growth. When a woman leads, others follow.

I love the quote "Surround yourself with women who would mention your name in a room full of opportunities" and I always try to promote incredible women.
