What delivery services do you offer?

At FLOWERBX, we're pleased to offer a range of reliable and Earth-friendly delivery services and options. We deliver nationwide within the UK, as well as offering specific services to London postcodes.

UK Nationwide: Standard and next-day express delivery available. All deliveries are made by our carbon-neutral delivery service partner, who adheres to our credentials as a B Corporation.

London: Standard, next-day, and same-day express delivery available. Deliveries are made by our own branded FLOWERBX electric vehicles.

Where do you deliver flowers?

We deliver flowers nationwide within the UK, as well as offering specific services to London postcodes. If you're having problems completing a delivery to your chosen address, please get in touch with our customer care team.

Can I send flowers as a gift?

Flowers make the perfect gift, so we think there's a bouquet for every gifting moment.

Always beautifully wrapped on arrival, our gifting service offers the option to add a personalised gift note, or upgrade your flowers to include extra additions like vases, chocolates or a candle.
If a gift is for a particular date, you can choose your delivery date to coordinate with the occasion. If your chosen date is within the next 14 days, you can select it through our on-site calendar, while if you’re looking to order a gift in advance, contact our customer service team at

Which are your bestselling flowers?

Our bestselling flowers and bouquets change throughout the year, only ever offering the highest-quality varieties and gifting pairings.
From peonies in early summer to hydrangeas through to autumn, you can enjoy our ever-changing calendar of flowers from January to December.

Can I track or change my delivery?

We aim to make creating, tracking, and accepting your delivery as simple as possible. Please refer to the below before getting in touch with our team:
1. When placing your order, select your chosen delivery date on our shipping calendar. Please note, that delivery charges are dependent on your chosen date.
2. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation from our team. Please let us know of any amendments as promptly as possible, as we will be unable to amend orders once they have been processed.

For UK Nationwide orders:
Once your order has been shipped, all future communications regarding changes to and queries about your delivery should be directed towards our delivery partner. You will receive an email or SMS alert from our delivery partner once your order is out for delivery, including a two-hour time window for anticipated delivery. We will be unable to change the details of your order once it has been handed across to our delivery partner.

For London orders:
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email or SMS alert from our courier, including a one-hour time window for anticipated delivery. You will also be able to track your delivery in real-time and receive a notification once our delivery driver is nearby.

Do you sell flower subscriptions?

We offer a range of flower subscriptions, which make a beautiful gift for any occasion. Like our floral collections, our subscription offering changes throughout the year – from tulips in spring to peonies in early summer.
We also stock a range of easy-to-gift subscription options, including our Instant Subscription (that arrives directly to your recipient's inbox) or a Subscription Gift Card, that can be redeemed and started at a later date. For more on subscriptions, please head here.

Can I order in advance for a later date?

Yes, of course. Should your desired delivery date be within the next 14 days, you'll be able to make your selection on our delivery calendar when placing your order. For any deliveries you'd like to pre-arrange beyond this two-week window, please contact our customer care team directly, who will be more than happy to help.

How will my flowers be delivered?

Your FLOWERBX flower delivery will arrive presented in our signature gift wrap. All orders for London or nationwide delivery will arrive in our eco-friendly, recyclable cardboard packaging. Select orders placed alongside a vase to London postcodes will be hand-arranged within the vase.
